What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assist the Director and/or Senior Finance Manager with department operations, budgeting, and special projects
- Supervise the coordination, preparation, and analysis of financial reports, statements, metrics, and forecasts
- Manage and validate information to support trend analysis and decision-making

- Oversee quality assurance functions and adherence to internal controls

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- CPA and/or Master's Degree in Business or related field
- Experience in Health Systems and Academic Medicine
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as EPSi or Qlik
- Familiarity with Cost Accounting Principles and tools like Hyperion, PeopleSoft, and Power BI
