What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create pricing for customer proposals based on received RFPs and internal inputs
- Assist Project Managers in creating or reviewing customer change in scope pricing (Change Orders)
- Coordinate with Business Development to provide updates on financial details and contracting of new proposals and change orders
- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support to ensure key divisional KPIs are achieved
- Monitor and analyze monthly divisional employee time reporting, identifying and escalating areas of concern
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in analyzing financial data and producing high-level reports
- At least 5 years of experience working within Clinical Trials, either as a vendor or sponsor
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, index match, and pivot tables
- Working knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is highly desirable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or experience with a Big 4 firm is highly desirable
- Familiarity with SOAs, screened vs. enrolled, and completed participants in Clinical Trials
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
