What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to analyze fraud trends for better decision-making
- Monitor fraud activity to identify emerging threats and patterns
- Conduct statistical and performance analysis to improve fraud detection strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance fraud prevention tools and models
- Provide timely updates to leadership on fraud patterns and actionable intelligence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in fraud investigations and analysis
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in reporting software and database querying tools
- Good project management skills
- Full-time availability with the potential for additional hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience detecting and analyzing fraud in large-scale financial systems or similar environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent fraud certification
