What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and manage courses within the Project and Operations Management portfolio
- Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses while mentoring students and adjunct faculty
- Promote student success through program innovation and effective teaching strategies
- Collaborate with faculty to maintain program quality and relevance
- Participate in institutional service activities and other assigned duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree from an accredited university in Project or Operations Management or a closely related discipline
- Minimum two years of exemplary online teaching experience in higher education
- Minimum two years of experience in online course development and program management
- Experience working effectively with nontraditional adult learners
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Terminal degree from an accredited university in Project or Operations Management or a closely related discipline
- Project and/or Operations Management experience in a managerial or strategic capacity
- PMP (or equivalent) and/or PMI-ACP (or similar) certification
- Proficiency with common PM and agile tools, advanced spreadsheets, and basic dashboarding
- Experience in course development and management of both traditional and competency-based models
