      Summary of Job

      Collaborate with the Creative Service Team to support the Marketing and Communication Department in creating and implementing various assets, including print materials, social media content, digital display ads, web designs, direct mail campaigns, and interactive resources. Create marketing materials, regulatory documents, provider recruitment materials, informational files, open enrollment collateral, and various forms. Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet job specifications while adhering to brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with different teams to provide appropriate solutions and manage expectations. Responsible for designing and formatting print or digital content, ensuring brand standards across color, font, and productionquality across the EmblemHealth family of companies. Edit and update existing digital files to meet the organization's branding goals. Design, produce print assets, digital display ads and social media content to enhance online presence and engagement.

      Responsibilities

      • Design materials for numerous audiences and applications.
      • Create new designs, or update existing designs, forms, etc. and maintain various collateral materials within brand guidelines.
      • Design and produce company communications for various internal clients including communications for our members, providers, brokers, groups, patients and prospects.
      • Design and produce digital display ads and social media content to enhance online presence and engagement.
      • Develop creative assets for social media campaigns, including graphics, animations, and videos.
      • Responsible for organizing and filing their creative work appropriately and provide department support as needed.
      • Coordinate digital and print projects from assignment to final production and filing on Design server.
      • Provide print vendors with collected art files and direction
      • Create, prepare and provide internal departments and external vendors with collation and mailing specifications and instructions.
      • Work with internal clients to meet desired communications needs.
      • Plan, schedule and monitor progress across of large projects.
      • Organize and prioritize within many projects at once.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree; in Graphic Design (Preferred)
      • 2 - 4+ years of experience in a graphic design firm, internal marketing team or full-service print shop with responsibility for tracking and monitoring simultaneous jobs is required (Required)
      • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully, verbally and in writing, with internal customers and outside vendors (Required)
      • Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc. (Required)
      • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and XD)
      • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat; ability to create interactive pdfs with fillable fields, and to edit existing pdfs (Required)
      • Knowledge of creating 508 accessibility and compliance tagging (Preferred)
      • Ability to work in either a team setting or as an individual contributor; must be a self-starter and positive catalyst (Required)
      • Detail orientation with strong organization and prioritization skills (Required)
      • Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous tasks/projects with competing deadlines/priority levels (Required)
      • Experience in designing and producing digital display ads and social media content (Required)
