What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate overhead cranes to safely off-load major aircraft components and deliver them to the Final Assembly Line
- Manage the towing of aircraft in and out of hangars, ensuring system readiness for operational testing
- Coordinate logistical support for aircraft materials and operate heavy equipment for loading and unloading
- Maintain accurate documentation of work activities and adhere to safety policies
- Perform housekeeping duties and assist with various tasks as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with overhead cranes
- At least 3 years of experience in aviation ramp operations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to meet physical requirements for the role, including lifting and equipment operation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP software
- Previous roles in logistics operations in the aerospace sector
- Additional certifications related to crane operations or heavy equipment
