What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in online classroom training focused on healthcare information management and EHR systems
- Engage in remote hands-on internship/externship training to apply learned skills in a real-world setting
- Analyze clinical data, identify trends, and create targeted reports using tools such as EPIC, SQL, Tableau, and Crystal Reports
- Implement system design, testing, and security protocols to ensure data privacy and compliance
- Support healthcare teams in optimizing operational workflows and improving patient outcomes through technology
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a resident of California
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma or GED certification
- Proficient computer experience (MS Windows & MS Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
