      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new exam items to assess the knowledge and skills of medical professionals
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create and modify educational content
      - Conduct reviews of content and serve as an internal subject matter expert
      - Coordinate and monitor beta testing of certification exams
      - Stay updated on developments in the medical administrative field through ongoing research

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - AAPC CORE Certification required
      - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
      - Project management capabilities
      - Strong change management and communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Product Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Healthcare Revenue Management Industry
      - Experience with Membership Based Training Organizations
      - Preferred proficiency with Project Management software
      - Multiple AAPC credentials
