What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on hiring strategies for nursing positions
- Source potential candidates through networking, social media, and professional associations
- Create articulate and professional job postings to attract high-quality candidates
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory employment guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive relevant experience in recruitment
- Required education: Associate's degree
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven effective consulting skills with the ability to drive impact
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure to meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience with Workday ATS, MS Office, and Monday.com
