      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Code inpatient and interventional radiology (IRAD) cases, maintaining a coding accuracy rate of 90% of current FTE status
      - Review and interpret medical record documentation to assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, or modifier codes
      - Ensure correct MS-DRG assignment based on accurate coding and documentation
      - Maintain timely coding, charging, and abstraction of accounts for assigned specialty areas
      - Communicate with physicians and relevant personnel to gather necessary information for accurate coding assignments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Current HIM or Coding Certification through AHIMA or AAPC
      - Minimum of three (3) years of hospital inpatient coding or interventional radiology coding experience
      - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate of Health Information Technology (HIT) or equivalent program
      - Completion of a Medical Coding Certification Program
      - Experience with coding highly complex patient classes
