What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and respond to inbound calls and chats from prospects
- Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and sell memberships
- Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by offering tailored solutions
- Maintain expert knowledge of the product suite and process orders efficiently
- Track and document all customer interactions, leads, and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Established success in sales and customer service with strong relationship-building skills
- Required to pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
- Proven competence in phone and chat-based sales or service roles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
- Experience in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems
