      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, author, and refine curriculum modules, templates, and supporting resources for the Memberships product
      - Translate learning objectives and customer success outcomes into structured learning experiences
      - Ensure the curriculum is easy to navigate and implement for members
      - Maintain production cadence and quality standards, coordinating required processes
      - Run feedback loops to audit content, incorporate coaching insights, and iterate quickly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to design curriculum that drives real-world outcomes, focusing on adult learning and behavior change
      - Strong writing and content development skills with high standards for clarity and structure
      - Comfort in owning projects end-to-end and iterating based on feedback
      - Collaborative working style with strong internal communication skills
      - Experience in curriculum design or instructional experience architecture

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with membership products, cohort programs, or coaching-enabled learning
      - Familiarity with professional services education, especially in the legal field
      - Comfort with video scripts/storyboarding, template systems, or resource libraries
