      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in maintaining the Internal Controls Assessment Program, including review of documentation and annual risk assessment
      - Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls by performing audit procedures
      - Develop conclusions and recommendations to address control weaknesses
      - Provide leadership and mentorship to process owners across the organization
      - Collaborate with outside auditors to support the external audit function

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from a four-year college or university
      - Minimum of 2-3 years of related SOX audit experience; public accounting experience preferred
      - Ability to analyze processes and internal controls to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
      - Strong communication, time management, and issue resolution skills
      - Capability to present audit findings and recommendations clearly to all responsible parties

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in public accounting
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively
      - Familiarity with best practices for audit standards and procedures
      - Previous involvement in cross-departmental projects
      - Strong ethical standards and decision-making skills
