      Are you ready to discover the role of a Webmaster in Netcompany?

      As a Webmaster, you will:

      • Manage the intranet as editorial webmaster, including training and coaching content contributors.
      • Publish intranet news and announcements in a timely and visually engaging manner.
      • Create and update intranet pages based on departmental requests, ensuring visual consistency and supporting contributors in maintaining their content.
      • Maintain the “Who is Who” section to ensure accurate and up-to-date staff and organisational information.
      • Ensure overall editorial consistency and content quality across the intranet platform.
      • Create and adapt visuals (e.g. banners, infographics) using Canva to enhance content presentation.
      • Provide guidance on content creation, layout standards, and use of the content management system (Drupal).
      • Act as the first point of contact for contributor queries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with the development team for technical resolutions.

      Qualifications

      What would make you a fit for the role:

      • At least 4 years of professional experience in web content management, preferably within a large multicultural organisation or institution.
      • Familiarity with content management systems – particularly Drupal – and basic HTML/CSS.
      • Skills in graphic web design (image resizing, format adaptation, creation of elements such as banners and icons).
      • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate and train a diverse network of contributors.
      • Editorial sensitivity and attention to detail in producing and reviewing content.
      • Excellent command of English, knowledge of French would be a plus.
