      - Answer end-user calls using a provided script
      - Complete simple troubleshooting steps for user inquiries
      - Escalate more complex issues to internal staff for resolution
      - Utilize personal equipment, preferably Windows, to access Citrix
      - Provide support during a spike in call volume related to migration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available for flexible shifts, including day and night
      - Ability to use own equipment, preferably Windows
      - Experience with handling IT support calls is preferred
      - Basic troubleshooting skills required
      - Must be able to access and navigate Citrix

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a help desk or IT support role
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Government platform
      - Strong communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Experience in a high-volume call environment
