What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Transform, improve, and integrate data according to business requirements
- Plan and scope end-to-end data analysis projects by identifying business problems and selecting appropriate tests and solutions
- Use SQL and BigQuery to combine and prepare datasets from multiple sources
- Deliver data insights in a clear and visually appealing manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with Engineering, Reporting, Product, Paid Media, and Data Science teams to support client needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Intermediate programming skills in R or Python for data cleaning, modeling, and pipeline development
- Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and large language models (LLMs)
- Intermediate SQL skills, including proficiency with window functions and debugging
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Associate’s degree, bootcamp certification, or practical work experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field
- Exposure to marketing analyses such as media-mix models or incrementality testing
- Experience with analytics software, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Familiarity with clean room environments and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
