      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conceptualize designs and produce specifications for licensed homeware products for the EMEA region
      - Work on customer briefs that align with the EMEA design handwriting
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with licensing and production teams
      - Conduct trend research and market analysis to shape seasonal direction
      - Create artwork designs for licensor approval and prepare factory-ready specifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Designer or Artworker in a licensed design or consumer products environment
      - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
      - Demonstrated ability to apply brand guidelines accurately across designs
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
      - Experience with licensed consumer goods
      - Collaborative and proactive communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills
      - Availability to work 3:00 PM–12:00 AM, Monday to Friday
