What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the preparation of management plans and analytical reports for federal grants
- Participate in data validation and analysis projects, including data entry, review, and documentation
- Review and document grants management protocols to ensure compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve grant issues, notifying team members as necessary
- Collaborate with team members in a remote work setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in federal grants analysis
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Understanding of the entire grant life cycle and associated risks
- Experience in technical writing or quantitative analysis related to grant data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with federal regulations and documentation requirements for grants
- Exposure to analysis and reporting systems for federal grants using software like Microsoft Office, SQL Server, or Microsoft PowerBI
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
