What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop clear, precise, and rigorous multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to meet exam standards
- Conduct thorough legal research and verification to ensure the accuracy of exam materials
- Collaborate with the team to review, edit, and refine questions based on feedback
- Maintain high product quality, meet deadlines, and adhere to confidentiality protocols
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of core legal subjects to create relevant and challenging questions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Expertise in one or more of the following: Criminal Law and Procedure, Federal Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Evidence, Contracts, Real Property, Torts
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the legal industry or in education and/or curriculum design
- Passed the bar exam
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience writing multiple-choice questions for law school and/or bar exam content
