      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own critical components of the conversational AI roadmap across IVR and digital channels
      - Lead customer and data-driven discovery to identify friction points and automation opportunities
      - Act as the primary product lead across engineering, contact center operations, and digital product teams
      - Define and track KPIs for IVR and digital IVA capabilities, using data to optimize performance
      - Provide domain leadership on IVR architecture, digital IVA, and chat systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on IVR, digital IVA, or conversational AI
      - Hands-on experience with modern conversational AI platforms, preferably Google CCAI / Dialogflow CX
      - Strong understanding of IVR routing, digital chat, NLU/NLP concepts, and telephony integrations
      - Proven success in delivering AI-driven conversational experiences across voice and digital channels
      - Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Experience in healthcare or insurance industries
      - Background in modernizing legacy IVR and digital self-service into cloud-native ecosystems
      - Familiarity with cloud contact center platforms such as Genesys or Amazon Connect
      - Experience designing consistent omnichannel conversational experiences
