      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee shift operations within a 24-hour mental health crisis call center
      - Conduct performance evaluations for call center staff based on service delivery indicators
      - Supervise call center activities, ensuring adherence to policies and delivering ongoing training
      - Maintain communication with leadership and act as a liaison for issues related to the crisis line
      - Develop and conduct training sessions for CARES Line Agents as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education commensurate with licensure requirements for a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) in Illinois
      - Experience in mental health services, particularly with children and youth
      - Must hold a current, valid, unrestricted license in the State of Illinois (LCSW/LCPC)
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
      - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse communities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a crisis call center or similar mental health environment
      - Familiarity with HIPAA laws and regulations
      - Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
      - Ability to analyze data for performance improvement suggestions
      - Skills in training and developing staff
