What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise multiple teams of software engineers and data scientists in product development
- Manage and prioritize the technical backlog to ensure task completion
- Provide effective guidance and support based on technical knowledge
- Communicate goals, expectations, and feedback clearly to team members
- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment while managing team dynamics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong technical understanding of full-stack, cloud-native software development tools and technologies (C#, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL/SQL Server, AWS)
- Experience with test automation and building CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to lead distributed or offshore engineering teams

- Experience in modernizing legacy systems or test infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and cloud AI services
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to identify and address production pain points strategically
