      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, develop, and grow a team of high-performing technical writers
      - Manage documentation templates, organization, security processes, and archiving to ensure compliance with corporate quality standards
      - Track documentation work to meet milestone dates and internal or external deliverables
      - Evaluate business cases for external documentation and develop a strategy to support it
      - Define and execute technical writing mechanisms, including intake, prioritization, execution, and reporting processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communication, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or a business-related discipline
      - 3+ years of people leadership experience
      - 6+ years of experience in technical writing and documentation in a software development environment
      - Proven ability to mentor, coach, and manage high-performing teams
      - Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, and modern documentation tools (e.g. Markdown, GitHub, Confluence)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management within a software development or engineering context
      - Experience in a product development organization
      - Keen attention to detail to identify problems and processes that do not comply with protocol or standards
      - MBA or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or other business-related discipline
      - Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) both in-person and remote
