What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound patient calls and address general inquiries
- Assist with patient communication and coordinate appointments
- Provide receptionist and front desk support for the practice
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and communicate with the billing team as needed
- Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Residency in the Philippines; open to Filipinos ONLY
- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes
- Experience using EMR systems
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
