  Medical Operations Virtual Meeting Moderator

  We are currently seeking a Presentation Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Presentation Specialist at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually engaging presentations that effectively communicate key messages and information to internal and external stakeholders.

  What you will be doing

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to understand presentation objectives, audience needs, and key messaging.

  • Developing templates and style guides to maintain consistency and branding standards across all presentations.

  • Providing guidance and support to presenters on best practices for delivering impactful presentations, including storytelling techniques and slide design principles.

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering presentations on time and within budget.

  • Staying current on presentation design trends and software tools to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of presentations.

  Your profile

  • Experience with leading end‑to‑end planning for internal global meetings across pre‑meeting setup, live virtual/hybrid delivery, and post‑meeting activities.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Webex), sometime Zoom, and internal databases/team sites.

  • Deliver virtual facilitation for global meetings, including sessions outside standard US hours.

  • Implement digital engagement tools such as polling, surveys, and social Q&A features upon request.

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Communications, Marketing, or related field; additional certifications in presentation design or software tools preferred.

  • Proven experience in presentation design and development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and presenters at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for creating visually compelling presentations that engage and inspire audiences.
