      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide medical records services, including preparing and maintaining paper and electronic medical records
      - Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, rules, and regulations in the handling of medical records
      - Manage incoming medical records communication, including emails, faxes, and phone inquiries
      - Complete and record medical record releases, including patient and insurance requests
      - Maintain a high level of accuracy (98%) in all imported medical records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Exceptional computer and keyboard skills
      - Strong understanding of medical terminology and office equipment
      - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
      - Effective communication and organization skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a medical office or customer service environment
      - Data entry experience with a basic understanding of insurance and billing procedures
      - Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
