What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform market position balancing, including joint venture and global positions, options, specialty contracts, and pricing types
- Ensure trade compliance and regulatory rule administration, monitoring open contract reports for data accuracy
- Work with the regulatory compliance team to provide timely and accurate trade information
- Assist in quarterly and monthly financial reporting and disclosures
- Develop and document risk metrics, reporting, and control processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compliance and/or Internal Audit
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings as required by job responsibilities
- Previous experience in Grain Accounting and/or Marketing is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the agribusiness sector, particularly in grain accounting or marketing
- Familiarity with market risk management and trade compliance processes
- Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and risk assessment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
