What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop expert software and applications skills to support laboratory automation systems
- Execute implementation processes that create reference level customers
- Communicate complex concepts effectively to both internal and external customers
- Provide advanced applications and workflow troubleshooting, both on-site and via remote support
- Mentor and train customers and front-line support personnel on system knowledge and operational skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Medical, Biological Sciences, or Engineering, or related technical major, with 3+ years of relevant industry or military experience; or Associate's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Operational experience with diagnostics laboratory instrumentation
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across customer account and business functions
- Strong customer-facing interpersonal communication and facilitation skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and a valid U.S. Passport
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in diagnostics laboratory automation applications
- Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office
- Knowledge of network/LIS communication and troubleshooting skills
