What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or five or more years of work experience
- Five or more years of relevant work experience in real estate or contractual negotiation
- Highly organized and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in reading and interpreting construction drawings and building codes
- Advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Wireless site acquisition experience
- Experience dealing with property management issues and disputes
- Experience working with tools such as Fuze
