      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and implement monthly and ad-hoc analytics to assess Key Performance Metrics
      - Create and review methodologies for streamlining customer data management processes
      - Assist in developing educational content for member-facing technology adoption
      - Support the development and automation of dashboards related to Workforce Management technology
      - Collaborate with the Workforce Management team, receiving guidance and training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning after the internship
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - 0 or more years of applicable experience
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SQL experience and familiarity with advanced analytical tools (such as SAS or R)
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
      - High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
