      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise, direct, and provide administrative support for outpatient pharmacy technicians, volunteers, and students
      - Develop and implement pharmacy improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Business Administrator
      - Ensure proper training for new employees on various pharmacy systems and processes
      - Assist in maintaining compliance with accreditation standards and pharmacy policies
      - Cover shifts and perform other duties as assigned by pharmacy leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience or a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
      - Completion of ASHP/ACPE-accredited technician training or certificate program with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
      - Pharmacy Technician License by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy
      - National Technician Certification (PTCB)
      - Competency in all areas and technician roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree
      - Strong math skills
      - Prior supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting
      - 2+ years of experience at UAMS pharmacy
