      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and provide administrative and technical support for outpatient pharmacy technicians and other personnel
      - Develop and implement pharmacy improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Business Administrator
      - Ensure proper training for new employees on pharmacy systems and procedures
      - Manage technician scheduling and assist with daily operations as needed
      - Promote staff engagement and exceptional customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of Pharmacy Tech experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
      - Completion of ASHP/ACPE-accredited technician training or certification program, including 1 year of supervisory experience
      - Pharmacy Technician License from the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy
      - National Technician Certification (PTCB)
      - Competency in all areas of technician roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in a relevant field
      - Strong math skills
      - Prior supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting
      - 2+ years of experience at the employer's pharmacy
