  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Interpret customer quote requests and deliver accurate, timely pricing quotations based on provided specifications
  - Manage product quotations and serve as the primary customer liaison for assigned products, territories, and accounts
  - Provide training and follow-up quote support to customers and distributors on standard products
  - Prepare and present formal product quotations to customers and internal sales teams
  - Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders via various communication channels
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  - Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office; prior experience with an ERP system is preferred
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate customer requirements and recommend effective solutions
  - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and develop functional knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
  - Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to enhance customer service levels
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a customer-facing role in an industrial or manufacturing context
  - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management software
  - Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
  - Knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends in industrial manufacturing
  - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
