What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, plan, implement, and evaluate educational content delivered through the virtual environment of PrimE Academy
- Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership and clinical topics, including critical care content
- Measure the effectiveness of educational programs in achieving desired outcomes
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance curriculum and training delivery
- Travel to different healthcare facilities as needed for educational purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the state
- Current BLS (ARC or AHA) and ACLS (ARC or AHA) certificates upon hire and maintained
- Master’s degree in nursing and/or education, or comparable degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous education experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create curriculum
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of a learning management platform
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and hospital operations
