      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, plan, implement, and evaluate educational content for PrimE Academy's virtual environment
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership and clinical topics, particularly in critical care
      - Achieve educational goals and measure effectiveness in obtaining desired outcomes
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance educational offerings
      - Travel to different Prime Healthcare facilities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the state
      - Current BLS and ACLS certification upon hire and maintenance of current status
      - Master’s degree in nursing and/or education, or a comparable degree
      - Minimum of two (2) years of previous education experience
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of a learning management platform
      - Familiarity with the healthcare industry and hospital operations
