What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, plan, implement, and evaluate educational content delivered through the virtual environment of PrimE Academy
- Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership and clinical topics, including critical care
- Work towards achieving the educational goals of the organization and measure effectiveness
- Create curriculum and deliver presentations using virtual meeting platforms
- Travel to various employer facilities as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license issued by the state
- Current BLS and ACLS certificates upon hire and maintain current
- Master’s degree in nursing and/or education, or comparable degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous education experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create curriculum
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of a learning management platform
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and hospital operations
