      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, plan, implement, and evaluate educational content delivered through the virtual environment of PrimE Academy
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership and clinical topics, including critical care content
      - Measure effectiveness of educational programs in achieving organizational goals
      - Create curriculum and deliver presentations using various presentation software and virtual meeting platforms
      - Travel to various employer facilities as needed to support educational initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the state
      - Current BLS and ACLS certificates upon hire and must maintain them
      - Master’s preparation in nursing and/or education, or a comparable degree
      - Minimum of two (2) years of previous education experience
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of a learning management platform
      - Familiarity with the healthcare industry and hospital operations
