The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as Principal Deputy Associate General Counsel (PDAGC) for the CMS Division. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel (AGC), the PDAGC serves as the senior deputy and principal advisor, providing legal counsel and operational oversight across the Division's healthcare portfolio.Duties
