  Responsibilities

  • Belong to the growth department, responsible for growth outcomes, especially proficient in designing user growth activities
  • Design and implement user growth strategies, coordinate channel operation activities, be responsible for creative planning, resource coordination and implementation, track data effects, and output review reports
  • Focus on refined channel operation, build channel/user layered incentive system and life cycle management mechanism, design differentiated operation strategy, and drive platform user growth
  • Good at data analysis, able to quickly establish an effective data analysis framework, monitor and analyze user growth data, evaluate the effect of strategies, and drive business growth through data
  • Pay attention to industry dynamics, policy changes and trends of competitive products, track the trend of cryptocurrency market, put forward targeted operation optimization suggestions, and output differentiated operation plans
  • Be familiar with blockchain industry related products, promote the implementation of business product functions, and drive business growth

  
  

  Requirements

  • Min. 3 years experience in activity operation, familiar with Web3 industry, independently handled growth projects with target audience more than 1 million retail users
  • Proficient in various user operation methods, experience with Pinduoduo, Kuaishou and other media and e-commerce growth activity operation experience is preferred
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
  • Self-driven, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Strong cross-department coordination ability
