What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and evolve the product roadmap for Compensation, incorporating AI-driven analytics and continuous cycle optimization
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including design, deployment, and user adoption
- Leverage AI-enabled analytics to optimize compensation review processes and inform roadmap decisions
- Maintain compliance with security and data privacy standards while ensuring operational performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-8 years of product management experience, preferably in HR technology or Compensation
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in AI concepts and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and influence cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday Compensation or equivalent enterprise compensation platforms
- Familiarity with compensation frameworks and total rewards strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and analytics platforms
- Customer-focused and innovative mindset to leverage technology for organizational capability
- Comfort in agile work environments and adaptability to evolving business needs
