What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the execution and delivery of new and enhanced platform products, services, and processes within the Health & Benefits line of business
- Translate business, customer, and technical needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data, and other Product teams to deliver scalable, API-driven platform solutions
- Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders by clearly communicating tradeoffs, dependencies, and outcomes
- Use data and customer insights to inform decisions, measure success, and continuously improve platform performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, fintech, or enterprise platforms
- Proven experience delivering products built on API-driven architectures (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, integrations)
- Strong execution track record, including launching, iterating, and scaling platform capabilities
- Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and hands-on experience partnering with engineering teams end-to-end
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to guide product decisions and measure impact
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience partnering with platform, infrastructure, or developer experience teams
- Ability to bridge core systems and application layers to reduce cognitive load for developers
- Familiarity with scalable, composable, and event-driven architectures
