What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for initiatives centered around Salesforce Service Cloud
- Lead the exploration of AI capabilities within the service ecosystem and validate AI-driven features
- Utilize analytical skills to gather insights, define KPIs, and measure product success
- Act as a strategic liaison between Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership
- Write user stories, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with engineering teams for timely delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence
- Hands-on experience building, optimizing, or managing products within Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proven AI skills focused on product discovery, defining AI use cases, and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and track product performance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the FinTech, B2B SaaS, or global payments industry
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and standard product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant)
