Design and produce engaging graphics for web, email, social media, print campaigns, and seasonal catalogs

Manage the end-to-end creative production process—ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency, and content accuracy

Stage, update, and upload content to the website using HTML/CSS and CMS tools

Optimize creative assets across platforms for digital, mobile, print, and email formats
-
Organize and implement creative content sourced from photoshoots, vendors, and user-generated content
-
Occasionally attend photoshoots and events to gather original content (some evenings/weekends required)

Stay up to date on design, social, and e-commerce trends to help evolve the brand voice

2–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or UX/UI production
-
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and front-end web tools (HTML/CSS)

Experience working in CMS platforms and managing content across multiple channels

Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines

Associate’s degree in design, digital media, communications, or a related field

Familiarity with Klaviyo, Salesforce, Bynder, or similar tools
-
Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach

Experience producing assets for both B2C and e-commerce campaigns

Our creative team plays a key role in telling our story and reaching the people who need us most.
We're looking for a Production Designer to bring our brand to life across digital, print, and social platforms. You’ll own the production process from concept to final output, working across departments to deliver consistent, compelling, and user-friendly visual content that drives engagement and trust.
The pay range for this position is $60,000-$90,000 Salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
