What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage startup operations for medium to large-sized programs using program management methodologies
- Develop and implement strategies to meet customer expectations and achieve project results
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure project delivery and success
- Monitor post-implementation standards and customer satisfaction
- Interact with senior management and various stakeholders to drive project goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or at least 8 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Project Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
- Willingness to travel 80-90%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in startup warehouse operations leadership and knowledge of large distribution centers
- Project management certification beyond PMP
- Proven ability to build and manage effective teams
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
