What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own monitoring of post-sales SME delivery programs for commercial and enterprise accounts, including milestones, dependencies, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications
- Lead cross-functional alignment with customer success managers, GRC SMEs, and Product to unblock customer outcomes and ensure consistent execution
- Standardize and scale playbooks by defining repeatable processes for framework mapping and evidence expectations
- Continuously monitor delivery against KPIs and develop new metrics to optimize services for customers
- Enable new SMEs and CSMs on program migration processes and internal mechanisms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in program management and stakeholder leadership
- Functional knowledge of GRC roles and audit processes, including familiarity with audit cycle outputs
- Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and virtually, demonstrating a proactive approach
- Openness to using AI to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience capturing KPIs and maturing programs in a professional services environment
- Background in cybersecurity or compliance, with a focus on GRC frameworks
- Familiarity with customer success strategies and practices
