      The Opportunity
      We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of various technical and digital solution implementation projects for our public sector clientele. As a vital team member, you will collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery and successful outcomes.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Project Support: Collaborate with project managers to assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. Support the Project Manager in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
      • Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project plans. Prepare reports on project status, identify risks, and propose solutions.
      • Resource Coordination: Assist in resource allocation, tracking project expenses, and managing project-related documentation, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
      • Client Engagement: Support client-facing communications, including responding to inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
      • Marketing and Communications Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content, collateral, and communication strategies aligned with project objectives and client needs.

      Requirements :

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing, Communications, or related field.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders .
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
      • Experience in project coordination or similar roles .
      • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.) .
      • Experience within the technology consulting or public sector industry, a plus .
      • Familiarity with complex integrated CRM and eCommerce platforms are considered substantial assets to this position .

      How we’ll set you up for success :

      • Salary range of $61,000-$91,000
