What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective providers in your assigned market
- Understand the competitive landscape and dynamics of provider networks to support strategic positioning for contracting
- Participate in contract negotiations with providers for Commercial products
- Collaborate with various internal and external teams to achieve organizational goals
- Assist in the development of Commercial networks and identify opportunities for value orientation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant industry experience may substitute
- 1-3 years of experience in a Provider Contracting or Healthcare Administration role
- Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
- Proven ability to take initiative and be results-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
