      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver a positive candidate experience while exercising sound judgment in recruitment processes
      - Collaborate with peers and client groups to understand open positions comprehensively
      - Communicate proactively with leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process
      - Partner with internal clients to align Talent Acquisition strategies and ensure a pipeline of qualified talent
      - Manage client relationships independently, providing regular updates and conducting status calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2 or more years of experience in recruiting or a related field
      - Ability to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates using various sourcing techniques
      - Skilled in utilizing data and recruitment metrics to drive decisions and optimize hiring processes
      - Proficient with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management
      - Bachelor's degree is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with technology platforms such as Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HiredScore
      - Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities aligned with business goals
      - Previous roles in a high-volume recruitment environment
      - Familiarity with data-driven decision-making in recruitment processes
