  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Take ownership of the candidate scheduling process from start to finish
  - Use hiring tools to ensure a timely and positive hiring experience
  - Manage communication with candidates and hiring partners in both written and verbal forms
  - Participate in candidate screenings and complete scorecards promptly
  - Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and contractors, ensuring all paperwork and technology are prepared
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of two years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
  - Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination
  - Proactive self-starter with the ability to work well under deadlines
  - Effective communication skills with both internal and external customers
  - Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Slack, and basic Excel
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
  - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  - Familiarity with candidate credentialing processes, including background and drug screening
