      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build trust with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and founders
      - Schedule interviews for candidates, managing logistics across various time zones
      - Maintain scheduling templates and manage candidate coordination using tools like GoodTime, Workday, and Greenhouse
      - Strive to create an exceptional candidate experience with every interaction
      - Document interview processes and facilitate training for interviewers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 6 months of scheduling or coordination experience
      - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
      - Ability to think creatively about automating processes
      - Strong communication skills, with clarity and precision
      - Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively

      - Experience with recruiting systems and tools
      - A passion for creating delightful experiences for candidates and hiring teams
      - Familiarity with data-driven decision-making in recruiting processes
